Increase understanding of how following your “gut” and learning to be mindful or “in the moment” with your baby and children can improve bonding, feel empowering, and alleviate stress regarding your mothering abilities. This can also be helpful for NICU moms, whose babies are cared for by hospital staff most of the day and night.

You may feel “crazy” at times, but I assure you these feelings are normal and you are not crazy! Learn to release mother guilt during pregnancy and motherhood, and shift self-criticism into loving self-acceptance so you can enjoy your baby more.

Increase knowledge and understanding about the brain, nervous system, and emotional development with up-to-date research and gain tools to calm your baby, assist young children in times of stress or during tantrums, and to optimize brain development during critical periods of growth. Gain tools and learn how consciously parenting your children can contribute to a more peaceful, loving, and connected home environment.
Understand How Your Emotional Health Impacts Your Baby and Young Children and How You Can Shift Unwanted Patterns:
All of us come into parenthood with some unresolved feelings from our childhood and pregnancy can evoke feelings we never knew existed. Did you know that the healthier you are emotionally, the healthier your unborn baby and children will be? Learn what keeps you “stuck” in unhealthy patterns, how they affect your parenting or trigger you in difficult situations with your partners, your children, or other loved ones, and bring them back into balance or become “unstuck”.
